Program Eligibility
The Smash House Burgers Loyalty Program operates as a rewards points system that allows members to earn points and redeem points for discounts on future visits.
The Smash House Burgers Loyalty Program is open to guests who register through the official customer portal. Membership is free and available at participating Smash House Burgers locations.
Participation is limited to individual consumers. Business, corporate, or third-party accounts are not eligible unless otherwise stated.
Earning Points
- Members earn one (1) point for every one dollar ($1) spent on qualifying purchases.
- Points are earned on eligible food and beverage purchases made in-store or through eligible online ordering platforms.
- Points are credited to the member’s account after the transaction is completed.
- Points are not earned on taxes, gratuities, gift card purchases, or other excluded items as determined by Smash House Burgers.
Redeeming Points
- Points may be redeemed for rewards once the required point balance is reached.
- Rewards must be redeemed at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
- Redemption availability may vary by location and is subject to system availability.
- Rewards are visible at the point of sale or within the customer portal based on the member’s current point balance.
Reward Types & Values
Available rewards through the Point Shop include discounts and select free food rewards, based on your points balance:
- $5 Off Voucher — 60 points
- $10 Off Voucher — 100 points
- $15 Off Voucher — 200 points
- $20 Off Voucher — 250 points
- Reward values, thresholds, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Welcome & Birthday Rewards
- Welcome Reward: New members receive a 5% off voucher issued upon registration. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Birthday Reward: Members receive a free dessert voucher on their birthday. The voucher is valid for 30 days and is issued based on the birthdate provided during registration.
Only one welcome reward and one birthday reward may be issued per member per applicable period.
Bonus Point Campaigns
- Happy Hour Campaign: Members earn double points on qualifying purchases made between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, where applicable.
- Bonus point campaigns and bonuses are time-bound and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Account Activity & Re-Engagement
Members who have not made qualifying purchases for a period of time may receive re-engagement communications, including:
- Reminder messages after periods of inactivity
- Limited-time discount vouchers sent via email or SMS
Re-engagement offers are optional and may vary by member and location.
Account Access & Point Tracking
Members can view their:
- Points balance
- Available rewards
- Reward expiration dates through the customer portal at any time.
Combining Offers
Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated. Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise specified.
Expiration & Forfeiture
Reward expiration details, if applicable, are displayed in the customer portal. Unused points or rewards may expire after periods of inactivity, as outlined in the portal. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.
Program Changes & Termination
Smash House Burgers reserves the right to:
- Modify reward values, earning rates, or eligibility
- Suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program
- Cancel rewards or points in cases of misuse or fraud
- Changes may take effect without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
General Terms
Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Participation in the Smash House Burgers Loyalty Program constitutes acceptance of these rules and all applicable program terms.
