Giveaway available only during May 2025 only – exclusive to the Smash House Burgers, Monsey location. Swag bags available on opening day only.
ELIGIBILITY:
Open to participants aged 13 and older at the time of entry.
Giveaway entries are only valid with an order from Smash House Burgers, Monsey (in-store only).
Unlimited entries. No minimum spend.
PUBLICITY:
By participating in the contest, participants grant permission for their information and likeness to be used for promotional purposes.
DISQUALIFICATION:
Entries that do not comply with the official rules or are deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.
Participants found to be engaging in fraudulent or manipulative behavior will be disqualified.
LIABILITY:
The contest host is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may affect the submission, selection, or announcement process.
The contest host is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.
MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:
The contest host reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason.
LAW AND JURISDICTION:
The contest is subject to the laws and regulations of New York, USA. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York.
By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the contest host, which are final and binding.
HOW TO ENTER:
Be one of the first 50 customers to visit Smash House Burgers Monsey on opening day to receive a complimentary swag bag (limited to the first 50 guests).
- Place any meal order at Smash House Monsey during the month of May 2025 (in-store only). No minimum spend required.
- Drop your receipt into the official entry box at the counter.
- Entries are valid for all weekly prizes and the Grand Prize drawing.
WINNER SELECTION:
Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries and announced weekly on @smashhousemonsey.
All winners will be contacted directly by our verified Smash House team via Instagram or in-store communication.
Winners must respond within seven (7) days of the announcement to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner may be selected.
