& REGULATIONS

CONTEST PERIOD:

This giveaway runs from June 1, 2025, to June 29, 2025. Winners announced on June 30, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY:

Open to participants aged 13 and older at the time of entry. Entries are only valid with an order from 
Smash House Burgers, Miami, 1550 NE 164th St, North Miami Beach, Florida, 33162 (dine-in only). The challenge must be timed and verified by a Smash House Burgers staff member.
Limit of one entry per participant per day.

PUBLICITY:

By participating in the giveaway, participants grant permission for their information and likeness to be used for promotional purposes.

DISQUALIFICATION:

Entries that do not comply with the official rules or are deemed inappropriate will be disqualified. Participants found to be engaging in fraudulent or manipulative behavior will be disqualified.

LIABILITY:

The giveaway host is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may affect the submission, selection, or announcement process. The giveaway host is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

MODIFICATION & TERMINATION:

The giveaway host reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason.

LAW & JURISDICTION:

The giveaway is subject to the laws and regulations of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida. By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the contest host, which are final and binding.

HOW TO ENTER:

Head to Smash House Burgers, Miami.

  • Order any meal in-store.
  • Put your receipt in the entry envelope.
  • Write your name, email, and phone number on the envelope.
  • Drop it in the entry box.
  • Wait to see if you’re a winner!

WINNER SELECTION:

Winners will be selected anonymously by a Smash House representative and announced on Instagram on June 30, 2025. If a winner does not respond within seven business days, Smash House reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant.
