AND REGULATIONS

CONTEST PERIOD:

The giveaway runs from November 1st to December 30th, 2024.

ELIGIBILITY:

The contest is open to participants who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Participants must have a valid and public social media account on Instagram.

Participants need two order receipts from 5 Towns Smash House Burgers

Order receipts can be used once for a contest entry, if used twice, the entry will be void

PUBLICITY:

By participating in the contest, participants grant permission for their information to be used for promotional purposes.

DISQUALIFICATION:

Entries that do not comply with the official rules or are deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.

Participants found to be engaging in fraudulent or manipulative behavior will be disqualified.

LIABILITY:

The contest host is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may affect the submission, selection, or announcement process.

The contest host is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.

MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:

The contest host reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason.

LAW AND JURUSDICTION:

The contest is subject to the laws and regulations of New York, USA. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York.

By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the contest host, which are final and binding. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Chicago Bulls, Nike, NBA, Sephora, Sony, or Microsoft.

HOW TO ENTER:

  • Entry Order from Smash House, 5 Town NY.
  • Drop your receipt in the entry box located at Smash House. Be sure to write your name, cellphone number, and email on your receipt!
  • Follow us on Instagram: @smashhouse5towns and @smashhouseburgersusa to complete your entry.

WINNER SELECTION:

The winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

  • The winner (s) will be announced on November 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th and on December 2nd, 9th, 16, 23rd, and 30th. Winners will be contacted via email + SMS.
  • The winner(s) must respond within seven days of the announcement to claim the prize.
  • A new winner may be selected if the winner(s) does not respond within the specified timeframe.

PRIZES:

The prize for the contest is $1000 in cash. 


Any applicable taxes on the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
